In her own atelier, in which she used to explore and create for garments, handbags, and fashions, France Odile Perrin then multiplies many experiences which will allow her to find her writing, her style, all the while in perpetual evolution. She works from the infinitely litlle found in the nature (lichen, leafs, bark...) then she magnifies them to enter a world full of spaces which she transforms in a textile universe, «I trace my cartoon thinking of tapestry, substances and try to take along with me the viewer in this universe without boredom and without repetition». Her work is a play of colors, of materials (silk, wool, synthetics...). She rubs, mixes, shocks, harmonises the elements so that they form a whole : a tapestry to make room for the imagination and dreams.

Au sein de son atelier dans lequel elle se laissait aller à des essais et des réalisations pour le vêtement, le sac à main, la couture, France Odile Perrin multiplie par la suite, des expériences qui vont lui permettre de trouver son écriture, son style, malgré tout en perpétuelle évolution. Elle travaille depuis l’infiniment petit trouvé dans la nature (lichen,feuille, écorces...) puis agrandit pour rentrer dans un monde chargé d’espaces, qu’ elle transforme en univers textile, « je trace mon carton en pensant tapisserie, matière et cherche à emmener le spectateur dans cet univers sans ennuis et sans répétition». Son travail est un jeu de couleurs, de matières (soie, laine, synthétiques...). Elle frotte, mélange, choque, harmonise les éléments pour qu’ils ne forment plus qu’un tout : une tapisserie qui laisse place au rêve.
